As outlined in her application, Rei has the power of hypnotism. Based on her canon, she tends to focus on 'punishing' people that have lied or hurt people that loved them. She does this in order to get 'vengeance' for the death of her parents and the suffering she faced. Because of this, only people that have been lied to, betrayed or hurt by their loved ones would be the target of her hypnotism - and anyone that has hurt, betrayed or wounded someone they love would be the target of their vengeance.

So! I'd like to know if Rei has permission to hypnotise your character, if they fit into the above category.
